Community Pastors
Stephen & Jasmine Francis
Stephen and Jasmine got married in 2015 and have three children (Maddox, Zoie, and Kingston). They have a heart and a vision to see God’s kingdom come, His will be done in New York City as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:9-13).
Jasmine also serves as Family Pastor overseeing the Families and Kids ministries in our church.
After serving as associate pastors for 6 years at Valley Church in Poughkeepsie NY, they accepted the role as community pastors to Liberty Church in 2021. They are passionate about genuine community, family, and raising up the next generation of leaders.
Lead Pastors
David & Carrie Mazzella
David and Carrie have been the Lead Pastors of Liberty Church since 2021, overseeing our Liberty communities in New York City, London, and Manzini. With 25 years of pastoral experience, they are passionate about helping people follow Jesus, find freedom, and discover purpose. They are dedicated to leading with health and joy, and helping leaders to do the same.
David also serves as the Executive Director of the Liberty Impact Collective and City Pastor Network.
David and Carrie are proud of their two adult children, Eva and Levi, and miss having them in the home but they are loving empty-nest living in New York City!
